If you are aged 16-19 (or up to 25 if you have special needs) and need help finding a job or training - register at your local Connexions office for:

• Advice and information on job hunting skills and interview techniques
• Access to computers to search vacancies on the web
• Information about Apprenticeships and Training
• Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) or Adult Learning Grant (ALG) 19+
• Employment rights and legislation information
