Voice is a service for young people in or leaving care, in England and Wales.  For help or advice telephone 0808 800 5792 (this is free and the lines are open 9.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday - you can leave a message at any other time).

www.carelaw.org is a website containing information about the law relating to young people in care.  It also gives lots of information and advice to people who have been in care but are now leaving.
