If you fancy doing some voluntary work abroad, you may be interested in Platform2 which could provide you with the opportunity to go to countries such as Ghana, South Africa, India or Perue on a 10-week placement.  You must be aged 18-25 years (at the time of travel) and be eligible for a U.K. passport.  For details go to www.myplatform2.com.
