Exercise!  Why bother?

There are several reasons why you should exercise - it’s a way of keeping fit and  helps to keep your weight down.  It's also a recognised fact that regular exercise eases tension so if you're feeling stressed or up-tight about something you can ease that tension by having a bit of a work-out.
 
It’s recommended that everyone should have at least 30 minutes of physical exercise a day, this will improve:
 
  • bone health
  • muscle strength
  • flexibility
  • blood pressure
  • mental health (by relieving stress)
  • sleep patterns
  • energy levels

I hate sport, what else can I do?
