Eating
sensibly doesn’t have to be boring, and it certainly doesn’t mean you have to give up all your favourite foods like chips and chocolate! It just means eating a well-balanced diet which includes foods like fruit and vegetables, and also cutting down on fat, sugar and salt.
When you’re bored it’s often a temptation to reach for a bar of chocolate or a packet of crisps. Why not reach for a piece of fruit instead – you know it makes sense!
